At VidLaya, we want to ensure you have a great experience. As a consumer, you have specific rights regarding cancellations and refunds when using our services through our payment provider, Dodo Payments.

1. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your initial subscription and request a refund within 14 days of your purchase without providing any reason. This 14-day period begins the day after your transaction is completed.

2. Subscription Renewals

Please note that the right to cancel is present following the initial subscription only and does not apply to automatic renewals. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, which will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be reimbursed using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We aim to process reimbursements without undue delay, typically within 5-10 business days.
